ReplyDeletePues si nos queremos ver cultos, podemos traducir como "leyes eponímicas". Si no, una paráfrasis está bien, pero quizá yo traduciría mejor como "leyes que reciben el nombre de personas". Lo que pasa es que el uso del verbo "nombrar" que usaste no es una traducción adecuada ya que, a diferencia del inglés, "nombrar" significa en español "mencionar" en un contexto o "designar" en otro. Perdón, ¡ya me clavé en la textura! Pero que conste que tú me diste pie para ello. ;)
